Cantuccini are crunchy almond biscotti from Tuscany. Cantucci are made with the original Tuscan recipe with a 1/4% almonds and are twice baked to crisp perfection! Biscotti literally means twice (bis) cooked (cotti). Biscotti is also the generic term for biscuits in Italian.
In Tuscany, cantuccini are traditionally served at the end of a meal with a glass of Tuscan dessert wine, Vin Santo, for dipping but you can also serve them with tea, coffee or cappuccino.
Bristot sticks closely to the truly Tuscan traditions with typical cakes from Siena and the surrounding area, but also cakes for special occasions, adding their own creative touch to offer a rich variety of products made without GMO or hydrogenated fats.
