Pino’s Dolce Vita’s Salami Sardo is a traditional soft salami originating from the Sardinian region. This salami with extreme flavour is famous for it’s distinctive u-shape and course grind. Made with a traditional method of fermentation and using a secret family recipe which includes white wine, wild fennel and garlic.
Sublime to eat as a starter or snack, serve with a traditional flatbread like the Sardinian Pane Carasau, a pecorino or hard cheese and a glass of red wine.
