Garofalo Calamarata 20-2 (500g)
Garofalo Calamarata belongs to the Paccheri family of pastas and gets its name from squid (or Calamaro in Italian) because it resembles it’s shape.
Traditionally made using 100% durum wheat semolina to present a firm tooth feel that pasta lovers appreciate. Thanks to bronze drawing and high quality gluten, they maintain their shape and firmness and are always served with a lively and inviting appearance.
Garofalo was established in 1789 in Gragnano, the homeland of pasta. The climatic conditions of the area are perfect for drying pasta, and the presence of spring water that originally fed the mills, made Gragnano the ideal place for the production of pasta.
