Garofalo Spaghettone Gragnanese XXL is an original Garofalo creation. Similar to spaghetti but with a greater diameter of about 2.5mm. These jumbo Spaghetti have a generous thickness, making them ideal with condiments of rich flavours. It takes longer to cook however always maintains optimal resistance.
Garofalo was established in 1789 in Gragnano, the homeland of pasta. The climatic conditions of the area are perfect for drying pasta, and the presence of spring water that fed the mills made Gragnano the ideal place for the production of pasta.
