Garofalo Tagliatelle Nido 90-2 (500g)

Garofalo Tagliatelle Nido are a reinterpretation of the classic shape: long, flat pasta ribbons, shaped into nests (Nido). This pasta is typical of the Bolognese cuisine. Garofalo’s highly-select durum wheat semolina is bronze drawn to give rise to this speciality with a rough and thick consistency which adds flavour to every dish.

Garofalo was established in 1789 in Gragnano, the homeland of pasta. The climatic conditions of the area are perfect for drying pasta, and the presence of spring water that originally fed the mills, made Gragnano the ideal place for the production of pasta.
