Whole Porcini Mushrooms are a prized gourmet delicacy, sure to bring a hearty, nutty flavour to your soups, pastas, risottos and other dishes. 

Frozen Porcini can be used in so many ways to enhance numerous dishes. You can slice them frozen and sautèe with a little olive oil and butter, or add them directly to a rice or sauce dish for a more intense flavour. Alternatively, defrost them slowly in the refrigerator and make sure you collect the liquid which can then be used as an extra flavouring for other dishes.
