Venturino use only natural preservation methods (salt, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil) and high quality heirloom varieties of vegetables. All products are harvested directly from their farm.
Established in 1945, Frantoio Venturino Bartolomeo is a family business, currently run by Valter Venturino. The oil mill and olive groves are not far from the village of Diano San Pietro and the Riviera di Ponente along the Ligurian coastline. Aside from olives, Venturino also produce a wonderful range of sauces using flavours that are typical of Ligurian cuisine.
